I'm calling for a mulligan. If you are joining me again or for the first time, Welcome!! I have missed blogging and decided to give it another shot. I really needed to take a break and focus on myself and baby and not get overly stressed with commitments. The truth is I miss the creativity that comes from blogging and I'm feeling lost in the great big world. Not that blogging in the great big blogging world is going to be better but its a great outlet for me.
I've also decided to reinvent a little bit. I need to find my niche in the blogging world and I think I've decided it is style on a budget mixed with my blunt, realistic, sometime pessimistic view on life. Something people either love or hate about me is my non-rose colored view of pretty much everything. I like to tell it like I see it and I like to know that other people appreciate my honesty. Sometimes I'm happy and sometimes I'm not and I'd like to share that here with you.
So, here's what you will find here. First, I just love fashion, scratch that, let's call it personal style. I'm not into fashion. I'm into finding pieces I like that cost very little and make me feel pulled together. I don't think you need to look a certain way or be great at shopping to look pulled together. Second, you will see my views on motherhood. Let's face it, I've got a baby, I'm a first time mommy, and my world pretty much revolves around him. So I'm gonna share that with you! Third, you're going to find out how I'm feeling and I'm not going to "clean it up" for the blog. I live in a messy world and I'm an open book!
